AceCad Software announces agreement with Trimble

AceCad Software is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the StruCad and StruEngineer business units to Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB).

Following a review of the market, AceCad has decided to partner with the Trimble subsidiary Tekla  http://www.tekla.com/ to build on AceCad’s successful Fabrication Management (StruM.I.S) and BIM Data Management systems (StruBIM) and together bring  market leading BIM solutions for the structural steel industry.
